Sony’s first PlayStation PoSony PSP Gortable PSP handheld gaming console was first announced at E3 way back in 2003 and first arrived in UK stores in September 2005. Fast forward four years and finally Sony has launched a pocket version of the PSP, leaving the highly unpopular Universal Media Disc (UMD) format for digital downloads through its online store.
